About the role…
The Senior Influencer Marketing Executive will take an active role in supporting the Press & Marketing Managers with planning and execution of all influencer activity to deliver memorable and ground-breaking campaigns, as well as the daily management of influencer contacts, external 3rd party relationships (including influencer platforms and agencies), coverage tracking, reporting and any other area required by the Head of Press, Marketing & Events.
Working with the Press & Marketing Managers to identify key opportunities for influencer activity across the business
To assist the PR & Marketing Managers to deliver the annual marketing calendar with always-on influencer activity
Prepare and present influencer activity to key stakeholders across the business
Building a good rapport with key social media influencers and 3rd party agencies
Generating and pro-actively pitching opportunities to potential influencer partners
Working closely with all areas of the business (buying, marketing, online, trading etc) in developing social/influencer opportunities
Devise influencer strategies by FOB to drive and underpin awareness for key projects
Working closely with the PR & Marketing Managers to identify and recruit influencer partners for upcoming campaigns
Creating bespoke target lists and proposals for influencer partnerships and responsible for all steps of the process: pitching, closing, implementing, and reporting
Manage deliverables and contractual conversations with influencers, ensuring all partnership paperwork clearly outlines key messaging and objectives
Plan and manage budgeting for specific projects, monitoring results and ROI
Deliver influencer campaigns on time and within budget
Proactively drive social media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships
Liaise with influencers and hold store appointments as appropriate.
Manage stock borrowed and returned to the store, using the approved processes
Oversee any store influencer filming, photography and gifting
Influencer event attendance and management of invites
General press and marketing duties
