As the new Senior Head Bartender, you will work 40 hours a week in our OXO Bar / Restaurant on a Fixed Term Contract.

About the role…

As a Senior Head Bartender, you will be helping prepare beverage for our customers and make their experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
 

• Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
• To ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
• To work closely with senior management and head sommelier in developing the overall beverage offering and create cocktail lists.

• Have you done something like this before?
• As Head Bartender you will ideally have a successful high end restaurant background with proven experience supervising teams.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the beverage industry, especially cocktails (mixologist is a plus).
• Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
