About the role…

  • To have input into the overall Harvey Nichols Events planning and delivery process in Knightsbridge
  • Work with Event Production Manager and the Media and Events Manager to assist with development of events from concept, through briefing, project management and post-event reporting.
  • Provide support for all Knightsbridge events with occasional support for wider regional events - with concept development, approval of event plans, creation of event assets and materials - ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Build and regularly maintain cultural calendar - national events and culturally relevant activations (across fashion, cinema, art, design, sports, and music) in line with event strategy.
  • Work closely with the Knightsbridge hospitality team to produce proposals in line with event guidelines- support and monitor with event budgets.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative to develop and deliver the event specification ensuring that all objectives are fulfilled.
  • Help maintain timelines and roles and responsibilities on all projects.
  • Assist with managing and developing supplier relationships.
  • Support our brand partner relationships and provide suggestions for new relationships.
  • Maintain and demonstrate a high level of informed, strategic industry knowledge.
  • Manage a contact database for event suppliers.
  • Organise travel, logistics when needed for attendees / VIPs for events.
