We are currently looking for the next Senior Display Assistant (Team Lead) to join the team in London – Knightsbridge to supervise the team in terms of visual display throughout the store, including window displays and signage.

Job Purpose 

To ensure all areas of the display department are working effectively, focusing on the successful running of visual standards across all floors when needed. To perform a variety of tasks including the training and development of junior members of the team on floor-based tasks and department operation needs to assist in the operational running of the department. Strong link in with management to ensure the right channels for communication in the department are followed and adhered too. Maintain a strong awareness of latest fashion trends in fashion/design/installation. Responsible for the completion of executing world class visual displays, through styling and creative installations across windows and interiors. 

 Key Outputs  

  • Strong communication skills in and out of the department. 
  • Must have relevant previous experience in managing and leading a team. 
  • Confidently lead a team of individuals, conducting a professional/personal approach. 
  • Follow up workload from more junior members of the team, giving feedback and time frames for completion of tasks.  
  • Identify training requirements for junior team members. 
  • Capable of managing numerous tasks at one time displaying strong organisation skills and forward thinking. 
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and adapt to changes. 
  • An exceptional eye to detail, a natural flair and individuality to create innovative and highly stylised displays is required.  
  • To maintain a strong awareness of latest trends in fashion and design.
