Working alongside our Head Chef Keir Barry very few places offer both our customers and our team members such a combination of experience, passion and commitment.
What you will be doing
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs across the kitchen
Provide ideas and opinions over menu development and changes
Be solely responsible for ensuring sufficient mise en place is ready for service
Carry out stocktaking and stock control
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
These roles are full time, 46 hours a week.
Skills and experience you need
Strong experience working within a kitchen
Good knife skills
Elementary food hygiene
You will be passionate about food and quality
You thrive under pressure
You love working in a team
You are eager to develop your skills
