We are currently recruiting for some exciting opportunities in our Knightsbridge store. We are looking for people who are passionate about all things luxury fashion to be our "Fashion Butterflies" and float across our Fashion floors providing 5* customer service to our customers. This role is a vital role within our store and were looking for people who can embody what we stand for in addition to buildin relationships with our customers to ensure they have the best experience when shopping in our stores. 

Job title: Store Specialist Sales Advisor
Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week
Direct Report to: Assistant Department Manager/Department Managment

What you will be doing:

To provide excellent customer service, working as part of a mobile selling team, throughout our Knightsbridge store.  Developing a thorough knowledge of the brands and services offered, you will be able to sell across different departments and concessions alike. The ability to adapt your selling techniques in a variety of areas in the business is essential. Understanding the customer’s needs and delivering exceptional service. Developing a strong client base as well as building strong internal and external relationships whilst achieving and exceeding given KPIs.

Job Objectives:

  • To consistently deliver all KPI targets set out by HN management.
  • To adapt to different selling environments based on the needs of the business
  • To be knowledgeable about the store layout and brand awareness and placement
  • To be aware of stock sell-thru and follow-up with the relevant teams where necessary.
  • To champion Loyalty through client capture and attachment
  • To provide the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face, online, via the telephone and across all Harvey Nichols associated platforms.
  • To handle all point of sale transactions in line with the company’s set standards and regulations to ensure that all departmental and store systems are adhered to.
  • To be aware of and promote all services and activities within the store.
