Runner - OXO Brasserie

What you will be doing

• Work as a team in setting up and preparing the restaurant before service begins
• Work closely with the waiter team to ensure all tables are cleared and all plates brought out in a timely manner
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

• Previous experience as a Runner in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
• Enjoy and know our food and wine
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
