To support Group Reward Manager and HR teams in providing a comprehensive reward and benefit scheme

What you'll be doing: 

  • To support the users of the HRIS system across the business including maintainin system integrity and setting up new users and new job titles.
  • To support with communicating the Rewards and Benefits through written forums, such as newsletter, Intranet sites etc
  • To support with the discretionary merit pay review
  • To support with the discretionary bonus/commission schemes.
  • To provide relevant people data such as salary data.
  • To administrate the private healthcare schemes.
  • To support in the administration of the company pension schemes
  • To support company charity activity.
  • To maintain knowledge of benefits markets, evaluating and identifying benefits that would be a suitable fit for Harvey Nichols.
  • To support Wellbeing activities.
  • To support with managing HR costs
  • Involved in all aspects of HR, L&D and Payroll to help support a positive impact  on all our employees
  • Support on ad hoc projects that support the Reward agenda

A bit about your experience: 

  • Previous administration experience desirable
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Systems.
  • Experience of a HRIS system desirable
  • Payroll or HR experience would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
