This is a new role for the Retail Team which will be responsible for the creation and delivery of Retail Data and insights for Retail Director and the wider Retail Team and the business with the addition of some administrative accountabilities to support the Retail Director. To collect and analyse data for Retail to assist decision making, sales and performance management. Reports will be both routine and ad hoc, reactive and strategically driven.

What you will be doing:

  • Produce weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual reports as required
  • Review retail KPI’s and produce reports and league tables as required
  • Make recommendations for additional analysis and reports that will drive business improvements
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to obtain accurate financial data.
  • Manage the administration of the Retail budget and forecasts
  • Produce business cases for Store investment
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data produced which will assist the Retail Director in making the appropriate strategic decisions.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to present business intelligence findings and comparisons across all locations.
  • Produce high quality documentation, inclusive of presentations, spreadsheets and word documents.
  • To support the Retail Director with general administrative duties as required.

  • Competent user of Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft TEAM
  • Tech savvy – confident and expert in mining various systems for data
  • Knowledge of retail and its processes and systems desirable
