Our Dublin Restaurant team has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our established Front of the House management team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager you will work as part of a dynamic management team in leading the Front of House Operations, ensuring that outstanding standards of customer service are delivered at all times. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week including weekends and evenings.
What you will be doing
Work with the restaurant manager to ensure the satisfaction of all customers by ensuring that prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service is given by your team, at all times.
Actively champion exceptional customer service through guidance and observation, and review service standards identifying areas for improvement.
Instigate and maintain high morale, motivation and team spirit, recognising outstanding performance and contribution to team objectives.
Assist in identifying training requirements within your team and ensure quality on-job training is provided and recorded.
Develop a high level of knowledge about our menus and share your opinions on choices of dishes, wine or cocktails
Drive and maximise sales.
Skills and experience you need
Have excellent communication skills and an outstanding customer service approach.
Motivate and inspire your team members.
Have strong time management and organisational skills.
Management experience in a similar environment is essential.
