We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist in our Fourth Floor Restaurant.
This position is contracted at 32 hours per week.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for taking reservations for the Restaurant and Brasserie, supervising and assisting guests on arrival, cashiering and liaising with all other departments within Hospitality.
Successful candidates will have experience in a similar role within a hospitality or service environment is essential. In addition you will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team. You should have sound planning and organising abilities, be able to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative within a pressurised environment. It is also essential that you are numerate, have a high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail. You will be computer literate with good Word and Excel skills. Experience with reservation systems would also be an advantage.
