Reporting to the Hospitality Manager,you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Brasserie and will be involved in all aspects of managing this area and the staff working on it. You will drive the standards of service within the Second Floor Brasserie.
You will have effective communication skills and a good wine knowledge. You will need to be a strong leader and build close relationships with the Assistant Managers and ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. You will have strong passion in the development of staff and managers. Ideally you will have experience of developing your team, identifying performance issues and addressing them effectively. You will also have experience of working with budgets, targets and profit & loss accounts.
