Executive Chef Louise McCrimmon is actively looking for a Bar and Restaurant Manager to join her award winning team to ensure every customer receives nothing but a 5* service from the moment they walk in.
Very much a Front of House role you will be excited to work directly with customers as well as bring your natural management skills to motivate and develop an high performing team.
As a Bar and Restaurant Manager you will currently be managing a successful bar and / or restaurant delivering outstanding standards of customer service as well as managing a successful team. You will have the creativity to bring fresh ideas to the team as well as exceptional organisational skills to ensure all operations are efficient and commercial.
