Resourcing Advisor - Maternity Cover - West London

A fast paced Resourcing Advisor role will soon be available to support the Group Talent Manager to ensure that Harvey Nichols has the required talent across Head Office.  This role has been developed and is set up perfectly for someone to step in to work closely across all departments from marketing to IT.  

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has recruitment experience across Head Office functions but is looking for their first internal recruitment role or who is looking for a role with broader responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Updating Social Media sites to grow Employer Brand
  • Writing job advertisements in line with Harvey Nichols branding
  • Screening of job applications for Head Office roles
  • Organising interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Collecting and providing feedback to candidates
  • General administrative support
  • Support in building external talent pool using tools such as LinkedIn
  • Managing internal applications
  • Maintain regular communication with external talent pool about future opportunities
  • Support Group Talent Manager with group projects
  • Support regional recruitment where needed using social media tools
  • Maintaining recruitment tracking and reporting

Your experience:

  • You have recruitment experience using a range of methodologies
  • You are a graduate
  • You are advanced in use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
  • You are able to demonstrate high proficiency in use of all types of social media
