RESERVATIONIST – OXO

With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Reservationist to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you.

As the new Reservationist, you will work 40 hours a week in our Sales Team.

About the role…

As a reservationist, you will be welcoming our customers and make their journey through OXO a memorable experience providing a 5* star service. You will:
 

  • Provide excellent service for all internal and external customers.
  • To ensure all incoming calls are answered for OXO
  • Being comfortable in using booking systems and monitor bookings.
  • To process large group bookings
  • To execute sales strategies and tasks as directed by the Events and Sales Manager.
