The position will be responsible for delivering projects as mandated by the IT Infrastructure & Support manager. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for driving and continually improving infrastructure, support and security projects and processes and the end-to-end coordination of all tasks and documentation efforts amongst the different business teams to ensure successful completion of all project milestones.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Adhere to the formalised Project Management methodology in use within the business;
  • Leading and directing the larger and more complex projects as part of the IT roadmap
  • Working with the IT Manager – Infrastructure & Support and the rest of the IT team to ensure the workload is properly defined, scoped, costed and scheduled and that resources are utilised efficiently.
  • Initiate effective Stakeholder Management, influencing and guiding key stakeholders whilst ensuring that senior management is engaged to enable successful project delivery;
  • Own all MI Reporting, Change Control, Tools, Document Management, Project Finance and Client Relationships for the projects that you are managing, successfully raising and addressing issues in a timely manner;
  • Accountable for the delivery, management and overall ownership of the whole project life cycle;
  • Accountable for ensuring all company system documentation standards are being adhered to by both the internal teams and external partners for projects that they are managing;
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent and common processes are in place, and helping to establish a culture of continuous improvement within the business.

About your experience: 

  • Experience of delivering large IT Projects and managing a team of Analysts to ensure success
  • Project Management qualifications (Prince2 Practitioner preferred)
  • Experience of working in an ITIL Environment preferred
