We are looking for an organised, commercially driven assistant to support the product marketing team. This will be a highly demanding role, working in a fast-paced online environment, focusing on supporting the product marketing team in delivering online trade across product, search and merchandising online for all Fashion departments.
This role reports into to the E-commerce Manager and assists all 4 Executives in the Product Marketing team (WW, MW + F&W, ACC + SHOES and BEAUTY). Duties include overseeing the enrichment process of all products, daily operations of the product cycle from Studio to Live, Visual Merchandising, and supporting with reporting & analytics when needed.
The Product Marketing Assistant will also help to plan and execute Visual Merchandising strategies set by each Executive (Algorithms and curation) by region, ensure graphics and homepages are appropriate per growth area, support with the Global-e product restriction process, assist with the visibility onsite of affiliate promotions, international events, and co-ordinate all activations to ensure fully optimised.
What you will be doing:
ASSISTING PRODUCT MARKETING:
Product cycle –
Oversee daily operations between Studio, PIM, Magento, Fredhopper and Live site for the delivery of all product.
Product enrichment process – Responsible for studio script process and imagery refreshing. Support the merchandising of all products, across all FOB’s.
Category structure - Supporting the product marketing team creating new categories for editorial stories and CLP/landing pages.
From end –
Daily checks across all sites (UK, HK, INT) for product availability and any inconsistencies across all FOBs.
Support with product selection and optimised customer journeys for emails, editorial content and CRM when required.
Support e-commerce manager with the Global-e piece by being responsible for the monitoring of new product on international site, ensuring everything is available to customers or restricted in regions where appropriate.
Visual Merchandising –
Supporting the product marketing team with Visual Merchandising, Search and Filtering, utilising Fredhopper across all the sites.
Help with the curation (hand-pick) process with guidance from the PM Exec’s, with attention on our key international growth areas (USA, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Hong-Kong).
A bit about your experience:
Proven experience within an E-commerce Product Marketing, VM, Trade or Marketing role.
Luxury experience desirable.
English Language - Advanced Skills (grammar, spelling and punctuation)
MS Office - Intermediate Level (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce retail environment
Experience with a PIM (product system) ideal, but not compulsory.
Experience with Fredhopper (or any Search & Merchandising system) ideal, but not compulsory.
