This role is a maternity cover and will be responsible for the order, manufacture and timely delivery of all packaging and non-stock items both customer facing and for internal use.

What you will be doing:

  • You will manage the cost and quality of packaging products ensuring value for money at all times for Harvey Nichols
  • You will manage relationships with existing suppliers
  • You wiil review new or potential suppliers on a consistent basis
  • You will critically review products on a regular basis
  • You will be aware market developments
  • You will ensure that all products fit within the Brand Guidelines

About your experience:

  • You will be currently working in an administrative role
  • You will have had some experience in a retail environment
  • You will be actively using and be confident in Excel
  • You will have experience of working with numerical data


A bit about you:

  • You have good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • You have excellent administration skills
  • You are self-motivated and proactive
