We have an amazing opportunity for a forward thinking, creative and hands-on Press and Marketing Manager to join our business in Liverpool. The store will soon be celebrating a decade of serving all Liverpool and the North West clients in luxury beauty and treatments. Working as part of the Senior Team and with Harvey Nichols Head Office, this role will suit someone who is a self starter and looking to take on a role with a huge amount of variety and breath in the day to day. It will include social media and event planning, for in-store and external events working closely with the Store General Manager and Beauty Brands in store. This is a full time role, working on-site.


  • Produce and maintain a dedicated press, marketing, and events calendar for the store
  • Ensure that the store is at the heart of activity in the region through local events, marketing, and PR activity.
  • Maintain the store pages and regional content on the Harvey Nichols website to ensure they are always accurate and current.
  • Coordinate and maintain stores social media accounts and work closely with Head Office team to ensure regional content features on groupwide channels.
  • Assist with the implementation of all store press and marketing activity - including events, launches, brand support, PR, and staff communication.
  • Managing end to end promotions for the store across all families of business.
  • Work closely with the wider central marketing team, General Manager, and cross-functional teams to establish priorities and delivery of projects as appropriate
  • Generate creative ideas driven by the Group Marketing calendar translating global activity to the local level.
  • Support in the delivery of the annual marketing calendar for retail and hospitality - Assist with the implementation of all centrally developed press and marketing activity including events, press launches, and act as principal point of contact for Head Office for all fashion, beauty, food, and hospitality related matters.
  • Link with central Marketing team to deliver key calendar and promotional events e.g., sale, discount promotions
  • Liaise with and brief the central Creative team for the design and timely delivery of assets for all store specific activity
  • Monitor campaign and activity results and ROI and create reports as appropriate.
  • Management of store marketing budget; planning and managing budgeting for specific projects.

  • Degree in Marketing or similar experience
  • Previous Marketing and events experience
  • Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong mathematical competency for sales/budget analysis and management
  • Strong copy writing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent administrative and presentation skills
  • Luxury experience desirable
