PRESS & MARKETING ASSISTANT -  FOOD, WINE & RESAURANTS

This role forms a key part of the Press and Marketing team, helping to shape the future and driving Harvey Nichols vision across , Food, Wine & Restaurants.

Working closely with the F&B Press & Marketing Manager and Head of Brand, Events and PR, this role is responsible for delivering memorable and ground-breaking integrated activity, campaigns and PR.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assist the F&B PR & Marketing Manager to deliver the annual marketing calendar.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and activity.
• Work with suppliers to develop opportunities to support sales and drive promotional opportunities.
• Management of third-party relationships and the projects/promotions relating to partners.
• Create support plans for exclusive and new brand launches.
• Monitor campaign results and ROI and create reports as appropriate.
• Deliver each campaign on time and within budget.
• Plan and manage budgeting for specific projects.
• Proactively drive editorial coverage in key media.
• Liaise with press and hold store appointments as appropriate.
• Support at press and customer events.
• Oversee store filming and photography.
• Manage press requests, including sending imagery and quotes.
• Drafting press collateral and appropriate releases.
• General press office and marketing duties.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Marketing or similar experience
• Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong mathematical competency for sales/budget analysis and management
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent administrative and presentation skills
• Strong passion for the food & drink industry
• Luxury experience desirable
