This is a 12 month FTC

This Project Management role coordinates and manages the request, process and implementation of Business, User or PPP led projects, focusing primarily on the Multichannel & CSC area resulting in the delivery of policy and process. To be meticulously organised and ensure that all elements of the projects are documented with supporting evidence of buy-in and sign off from relevant parties. To regularly communicate progress in various formats to all levels of the business where required.

What you will be doing:

  • To manage Multichannel & CSC PPP projects from inception through to delivery resulting in key policy and procedures for stakeholders involved
  • To focus primarily on projects within the following areas:
  1. OFS and surrounding fulfilment systems / integrations
  2. CyberSource – Payment Gateway
  3. International Delivery Support
  4. CSC Zeacom – Customer Service Contact Portal
  5. Marketplace / Mirakl – Fulfilment system for Marketplace Companies
  • Ensure that projects and progress throughout are documented consistently and in the agreed format. They must be complete, current and appropriately stored
  • Understanding and identifying risks to project development and management accordingly to minimise impact on the delivery timescale
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s). Motivate individuals to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and on time
  • Understand the dependencies of projects and distinguish between those that are internal and external
  • Ownership of Implementation and communication of delivery to the business
  • Installing post project implementation reviews to ensure compliance. Promote thorough handover to BAU
  • Sharing and demonstrating the vision and goals of PPP Strategy promoting the branding of the department
  • Submits project status reports; review feedback and change management plans
  • To be able to manage change effectively and work closely with the PPP team to amend process positively and with full engagement of the stakeholders
  • To visit Store sites and DC where necessary to research, agree and formulate new process and procedures
  • Liaise with L&D to ensure consistency of approach and aligned PPP and L&D material
  • Build key relationships with senior store management, DC and restaurants to promote the PPP strategy and to assist with releasing key policy

About your experience

  • Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Proven experience of understanding retail across varied functions and with understanding of the business as a whole
  • Experience of working in a complex change environment with multiple stakeholders and securing their engagement to deliver change
  • Ability to work, cross departmentally, with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders
  • Good understanding of Multichannel retailing
