This might be your lucky day, as the iconic OXO Tower Restaurant with stunning Riverfront views over London’s Southbank, require a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the highly artistic team.

The Restaurant offers a fine dining experience in an intimate atmosphere. Our modern dishes are seasonal and beautifully presented with an innovative twist.

What you will be doing

  • As a team leader you will motivate and inspire the pastry team;
  • Ensure the satisfaction of all customers through prompt, courteous and efficient service is given by you, and your team, at all times;
  • Create our fabulous desert menu with the help of the Senior Pastry Chef;
  • Prepare for service through ensuring all menu items are ready for service at the appropriate times during the day, and all Mise in place is of a high standard and ready for service.

Skills and experience you need

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef in a busy fine dining restaurant
  • Comfortable working to high volumes and a high attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate the maintenance of high standards of food preparation and service
  • Have excellent communication skills and be a team player
  • A passion for quality produce and service with culinary expertise
