Pastry Chef de Partie – The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pastry chef to work with an energetic, highly skilled and knowledgeable team, gaining invaluable skills and knowledge to assist them in their career. This role is full time, 45 hours per week, working weekends and evenings

You will be based at our beautiful restaurant on St Andrew Square, a short walk from Waverley Station

What you will be doing

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in pastry section
  • Provide ideas and opinions over menu development and changes
  • Carry out stocktaking and stock control
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

Skills and experience you need

  • Significant experience working in a similar type of environment or quality restaurant is essential for this role.
  • Good knife skills
  • Elementary food hygiene
