The successful candidate will need to be pro-active and enthusiastic, as well as having a demonstrable passion for marketing and fashion. The candidate will be primarily focused on the day to day management of Harvey Nichols’ programmatic activity across paid search, paid social and display, as well as supporting the wider team across the Digital Marketing strategy. There will also be a small amount of traditional Social Media support on an ad-hoc basis. An outgoing and confident individual is required to develop strong relationships with external agencies, social networks and relevant internal departments.
What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute the programmatic strategy across paid search, paid social and display.
Maintain strong working relationships with our online content and PR teams, to ensure a cohesive message across marketing activity.
Build strong relationships with buying & CRM teams to identify the most suitable products to promote, aligned to relevant customer profiles.
Daily monitoring of live campaigns to continually optimise and analyse performance against targets.
Brief the internal creative team for required digital assets and work with content teams to maximise any opportunities to use content online.
Make pro-active business suggestions, always thinking about how profitability can be improved and how campaigns can support a best in class digital offering.
On-going and meticulous management of digital budgets, working with the finance & digital team to ensure these are always adhered to.
Working closely with all members of the digital marketing team to support in completing tasks relating to a wide range of digital disciplines.
Working pro-actively with a team of senior stakeholders to capitalise on partnership opportunities depending on the genuine commercial opportunity.
Support for organic social:
Reporting on results and trends/opportunities
Ideation and campaign planning
Ownership of organic social tools – Salesforce etc.
About your experience:
Demonstratable experience working within digital marketing particularly in Paid Social and Display – (agency or client) preferable.
Strong understanding of product feeds preferable.
Analytical and numerical
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Pro-active thinking, idea generation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions when required
Interest in fashion and digital marketing
