Our Online Beauty Trading Executive drives & delivers the strategy for the global websites to help achieve sales objectives whilst building brand integrity for Beauty at Harvey Nichols.
This person will continually work to identify opportunities to gain competitive advantage, increase sales and share of business for online. Champion online as one of the key drivers for growth within Harvey Nichols and deliver the online beauty strategy alongside the Beauty Buyer & Head of Beauty.
This role manages all online launches within the Beauty Buying department working very closely with Online, Marketing and supplier teams to deliver all launches and optimise visibility & performance across ecomm, Rewards, Social & digital channels delivering to KPI’s via all of these channels.
What you will be doing:
You will manage all beauty launches to harveynichols.com via PIM system, working very closely with Online, Product Marketing & the Photography Studio. Work to brand on-counter dates to maximise launch sales.
You will analyse and interpret the department sales reports for online, work alongside the Beauty Buyer to identify opportunities and make recommendations to increase sales in line with the department’s strategic goals.
You will work closely with the merchandising team to monitor inventory levels and oversee appropriate adjustments to the site (i.e. manage out-of-stock levels, discontinued products etc).
You will act with agility to deliver e-commerce strategy by optimising conversion & revenue based on analysis of sales, site performance, email campaigns and internal and external marketing programs.
You will continuously analyse online competition and share any relevant insights to the wider team
You will audit the site to ensure the category is presented to best practice standards, including all product pages, category landing pages, brand landing pages and editorial content.
You will liasie with all Beauty brands to collate image and copy assets as well as high level marketing assets such as video content, ‘How to’s’ and Gift with Purchase for online.
You will influence the VM strategy to maximise sales performance across all product categories within Beauty. Ensuring all products are accurately displayed and all assets & copy are relevant for the consumer and in line with the brand guidelines and performance.
You will attend external beauty meetings, to strategize key launches & brand opportunities to gain share of voice & drive sales growth for online. You will also be responsible for actioning any data requests and additional promotion opportunities agreed with the brand.

You have previous experience of working in a luxury retail environment
