The Online Visual Merchandiser will be focus on Beauty. The Executive will work closely with the Content, Marketplace, Merchandising, Buying and Production teams to push key products online. With a strong commercial focus, this role will own all online product marketing for the Beauty & Homeware departments. Creating and implementing unique ways to sell key products and brands via category selections and visual merchandising. The role has a strong focus supporting the Product Marketing Manager by being the Online go-to for all Beauty brand launches and promotional campaigns on site.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for defining and implementing visual merchandising and search requirements for Beauty & Homeware. Including testing website algorithms and developing the rankings for Beauty departments seasonally. 
  • Owner of Beauty & Homeware email product selection, customer journey and New In selections.  
  • Support Beauty team & Online Trade team by being responsible for weekly on-site analysis of Beauty department; UX Changes, category reporting, Visual Merchandising and Search, as well as tracking of all major Beauty content and weekly reporting pack. 
  • First point of contact with the editorial team to define categories, links and product availability across Beauty & Homeware categories. 
  • PIM champion responsible for signing off all Beauty & Homeware product to go live to the site daily. 
  • Management of Online Product Marketing Assistant for Beauty & Homeware. 
  • Fred Hopper champion within the Product Marketing team. 

Your experience

  • You will have excellent communication and written skills. Advanced Skills in grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • You will have experience toi Intermediate Level of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You will have a clear knowledge of Digital Customer Journey Principles
  • You will have an awareness of SEO Principles
  • You will be able to demonstrate web analytics skills (ideally Google Analytics)
  • Youw will have web CMS experience (CMS)
  • You will have PIM experience
