We are seeking a Merchandising Admin - Menswear, based in Chiswick, to join our Fashion Buying and Merchandising Team. Your role will be to assist the Assistant Merchandiser in all areas of the Merchandising function. Responsible for the daily running of the department, communicating effectively with all relevant areas of the business. Produce accurate information, working with other functions to ensure the integrity of the data.
What you will be doing
Allocate new stock and replenishment stock, maintaining records of all allocations
Update store stock holding report and category sales for department continuity products
Review fashion brand analysis report, new stock report and fashion size reports
Maintain regular communication with stores regarding stock and their performance
Check outstanding transfers and follow up with stores
Allocate all current season to clear the warehouse for the Sale
Liaise with the online team to ensure a credible online offer
Skills and experience you need
You will have ideally a previous experience as an Allocator in a Merchandising team
You will have a degree in Buying or Merchandising
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have strong attention to detail
You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and ability to work tight deadline
You will have good knowledge of PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
You are good at building professional relationship at all levels
You are confident dealing with queries at all levels
You have a “can do it” attitude
