MEDIA ASSISTANT - LONDON

Harvey Nichols are developing their media portfolio model and are recruiting for a confident self-starter to join the team. We are seeking an exceptional Media Assistant to join the Media Department to be part of helping to shape the future of Media at Harvey Nichols. The perfect candidate will assist with administrative support for the media team, producing proposals for fashion, beauty, and drinks brands; invoicing and being a general brilliant all-rounder. This will suit a really organised individual with an interest in fashion, beauty and food and beverage willing to hit the ground running.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assisting on the organisation and management of all Harvey Nichols Media activity
  • Supporting the media team with creating activity reports
  • Overseeing contracts and invoicing under instruction from the media team
  • Supporting the scheduling of all activity
  • Overseeing the briefing process for all activity
  • Supporting with maintaining the media portfolio folders
  • Working closely and building strong relationships with all areas of the business (buying, creative, marketing, online, finance etc)
