We are seeking an exceptional Media Assistant to join the Media Department to be part of helping to shape the future of Media at Harvey Nichols. The perfect candidate will assist with administrative support for the media team, producing proposals for fashion, beauty and drinks brands; invoicing and being a general brilliant all-rounder. This is an exciting time to join the media team, with a recent magazine launch, and an increased media offer across print, online & instore, the team is expanding at a rapid rate. This will suit a really organised individual with an interest in fashion and beauty, willing to hit the ground running.
What you will be doing
To assist on the organisation and management of all Harvey Nichols Media activity
To aid with process development of all brand activity
To assist the media team with creating packs for brand proposals
To assist the media team with invoicing
To evaluate all events activity and maintain the Event portfolio folders and customer spend document
Skills and experience you need
You are educated to graduate level
You will have a previous work experience/ internship in a similar role
You will have an interest and understanding of the luxury market
You will have an excellent organisation skills
You will have good written and verbal communication skills
You are a team player
You are a creative thinker
You are a problem solver
You have a “can do it” attitude
