MARKETPLACE ONBOARDER

The Marketplace Onboader will be responsible for the successful on-boarding of Harvey Nichols brands and their select products into our marketplace within agreed timescales and quality targets.

What you'll be doing: 

• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to a high degree instilling confidence and reliability
• Ensure a high standard of requirements capture is conducted, approved and successfully managed through to delivery of the brand on the website
• The first point of contact for brand partners should functional issues arise, and provide on-going tech support
• To liaise with brand customer services about any issues
• To monitor and flag any issues with brands marketplace technical performance
• Maintain close relationship through email and telephone communication with brand partners technical teams
• Manage and maintain technical documentation on brand partners within CRM platform
• Understand brand partners business and technologies to ensure smooth integration via the most efficient and scalable option
• Work with marketplace commercial team to exceed on-boarding targets  
• Track and report on progress of launch timelines internally, meeting deadlines for go-live

About your experience: 

• Experience in an integration or on-boarding role, preferably retail/ ecommerce marketplaces 
• Knowledge of APIs, FTPs and HTTPS, integrations and product data feeds
• Mirakl marketplace platform experience
• Intermediate or advanced excel skills
