We are seeking a Marketplace Administrator to join our Marketplace team. As a Marketplace Administrator you will provide clerical and administrative support to the department and Marketplace brands to meet agreed departmental targets.

What you will be doing

  • To assist the Marketplace Account Manager and handle incoming brand queries
  • To set up brand profiles in the Mirakl back office and help brands with functional issues including the import of product and offer feeds to ensure a smooth onboarding process compliant of deadlines
  • To liaise with brand customer services about any issues
  • Analyse and interpret weekly reports to define brand performance including weekly sales, rankings, best sellers
  • Work with the Marketplace Account Manager and marketing team to identify social media and promotional opportunities
  • Maintain departmental documents including Brand Contract log ensuring that finance are kept aware of any launches or amendments, including ensuring that brand files are kept up to date, flagging in a timely manner when contracts are due to end

Skills and experience you need

  • You will have a previous experience within a customer service environment
  • You will have good Excel knowledge
  • You will have administration and organisation skills
  • You will have an attention to detail
