About the role… 

Lover of all thing’s food, wine, beauty, and fashion. This exciting role is at the forefront of the evolving vision of Harvey Nichols. Working apart of the Creative Content team you will be creating an inspiring visual journey with image edits across all families of business from stores, signage and social to emails and Harveynichols.com.

 

  • Manage Picture Editor ensuring that briefs are met on a timely manner as well as signing off any imagery proposed.
  • Curate an exciting customer journey using own brand and partner imagery to live across all areas of the business from email, harveynichols.com, stores and filtering into social.
  • Working closely with the buying team, Creative Content Editor, Picture Editor, Design and Junior Still’s Stylist across all FOBs to ensure image selections are commercially viable with an editorial undertone. 
  • Lead the fortnightly content meetings with buying team to align the homepage with key deliveries, brand launches and creative content.
  • Drive commercial strategy though exciting product edits, imagery, and key deliveries across all organic marketing planforms.
  • Own and execute the themed emails across all FOB’s alongside the CRM team to curate an inspiring editorial story across all themed sends.
  • Own and execute the Homepage and Top Navs from a strategic and creative point of view linking to key deliverers, key categories, and brands.
  • Collaborate with CRM to plan the seasonal editorial themed email calendar.
  • Collaborate with PMs to ensure email and homepage edits are in keeping with overarching message.
  • Understanding of commercial and trade flexibility to develop long term planning and well as short term, ad hoc, agile workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Content and Copy Teams to deliver compelling visual journeys and editorialised content across digital and bricks and mortar locations.
  • Work closely with the Creative Production Manager to ensure briefs are met in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Brands and Marketing to curate organic marketing plans to support brand launches, exclusives, or key commercial buys through strategic organic marketing placements.
  • Lead on imagery from a commercial POV across all seasonal changeover briefs.
  • Attend regular cross-departmental meetings with the confidence to represent the Creative Content team and communicate our strategy.
  • Attend meetings with the buying teams to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the key buys, trends, and exclusives.
  • Maintain relationships with all departments and stores across the HN business, as well as PR teams and brands.
