We are seeking a Luxury Fashion Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Creative team at Harvey Nichols.
As a Marketing Manager, your role will be a crucial part of the Marketing & Creative team, helping to shape the future and driving Harvey Nichols vision to move the brand into being at the forefront of luxury retail. This role has a particular focus on the Fashion category, but also covers key brand activity and management.
What you will be doing
Work alongside the Head of Brand, Press & Marketing to conceive, develop and deliver the annual brand & customer marketing strategy for the Harvey Nichols Group
To develop and deliver proposals for exclusive partner activity and brand partnerships
To monitor consumer reactions through brand tracking for each campaign or activation
To be a brand leader within the company, working alongside the Head of Brand, Press & Marketing on brand guardianship to include the following; Brand Guidelines, product & packaging development, Music Concierge and other ad hoc brand projects
Plan and manage budgets both category specific and for brand projects
Lead & champion customer segmentation alongside relevant departmental colleagues; CRM Manager, Marketing Director
Managing external agencies and partners eg. Creative & Media agencies
Monitor & analyse market trends and translate into insights for the marketing team & wider business
Skills and experience you need
You will have a degree in Marketing or similar experience
You will have a proven success executing effective marketing campaigns
You will have an experience in delivering instore events and retail theatre
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have organisational and time management skills
You are passionate about customers, innovation and the company brand
You are self-motivated and responsible
You are confident dealing with queries at all levels
You have strong fashion knowledge
You have a “can do it” attitude
