The Loyalty Assiatnt will support the Loyalty & VIP Programme Manager and wider team with the day-to-day delivery of the Rewards by Harvey Nichols offering. VIP programme and managing targeted campaigns, to both the loyalty and non-loyalty base.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with the day-to-day delivery of the Rewards offering including resolving customer issues and escalating when required
Coordinate and update CRM campaign and promotion marketing calendars
Ensure campaigns and promotions are signed off by applicable stakeholders
Briefing Creative team to create all marketing assets (in line with brand guidelines) for the loyalty program and CRM campaigns
Responsible for the development and delivery of Rewards and Benefits, from a technical and operational perspective
Working closely with the wider CRM team to ensure we deliver a compelling CRM strategy to increase customer engagement.
To own the implementation and management of the Rewards engine processes.
To support the CRM strategy, driving customers to increase trade at key times of year and help execute CRM specific promotions.
Manage the operational tasks for VIP customers
To pull together analysis and interpret data and key trends to improve the Rewards by Harvey Nichols offering.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on programme and campaign performance
Monitor and report on competitor activity
Build relationships with multiple teams to ensure the loyalty programme is optimised and the operation is fully briefed in order to deliver the programme, campaigns and experiences
About your experience:
1 year experience working within digital or loyalty marketing
Retail & fashion experience desired but not essential
Experience working across customer behavioural campaigns
