Harvey Nichols are looking for an L&D Partner - Apprenticeships to play an active part in the organisation’s results by creating a culture where learning, self-development and inquisitiveness are the norm. You will ensure that employees at all levels and in all job roles have the skills required to do their jobs effectively, demonstrate behaviours that are in line with the brand values and are motivated to do their best. You will also take the lead for the company on Apprenticeships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with the business and work closely with stakeholders to identify people and learning needs in line with departmental and organisational strategic objectives.
  • Work with the wider Learning and Development community to define a joined up learning strategy, creating a consistent approach across the Harvey Nichols group.
  • Design learning solutions that demonstrate clear, measurable and tangible outcomes.
  • Where appropriate, work with internal subject matter experts and external suppliers to shape learning solutions.
  • Design learning content that can be delivered in a variety of media, including online solutions, video content and self-help guides, as well as traditional classroom based courses, programmes and seminars.
  • Keep up to date with latest developments within the world of apprenticeships.
  • Have an up to date knowledge of funding rules and levy information.
  • Manage apprenticeship compliance training across the group using our E-portfolio system (OneFile).
  • Work alongside the L&D management specialists to map our existing programmes in to an apprenticeship.
  • Liaise with local L&D partners to understand apprenticeship challenges and help drive best practice across the group.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to identify areas of opportunities for apprentices.
  • Support other Learning and Development Partners across all areas of the business.
  • Network with competitor and related apprenticeship functions.
  • Champion everything apprenticeship from systems to delivery to recruitment.

A bit about your experience:

  • You will have a proven track record of training, coaching and developing others
  • You will be great at working with others and have great stakeholder management
  • You will have experience of developing an apprentice programme
  • You will have experience working with the ESFA & Ofsted
  • Ideally you will have previous management experience
  • You will have a recognised HR or L&D qualification
