LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNER PART TIME (21 HOURS - PER WEEK) - BRISTOL
Harvey Nichols are looking for a part time L&D Partner for our Bristol Store - to play an active part in the organisation’s results by creating a culture where learning, self-development and inquisitiveness are the norm. You will ensure that employees at all levels and in all job roles have the skills required to do their jobs effectively, demonstrate behaviours that are in line with the brand values and are motivated to do their best. You don’t need to be a fashion/beauty expert you need to be a people expert. However, you need to be willing to learn the difference between Golden Goose and Rosetta Getty! You will have experience with designing and delivering measured training solutions for all levels of a business. You have well rounded tech skills and not just PowerPoint skills knowing animations won’t cut it. You need to be able to pick up systems and understand them..
What you'll be doing:
Work with the wider Learning and Development community to define a joined up learning strategy, creating a consistent approach across the Harvey Nichols group.
You will be the first face all new starters see you will be the one that fires them up and gets them ready for their career within HN.
You will deliver a range of training from our rapidly expanding course list of over 60 face to face courses.
You will strategise with key stakeholders across the business to come up with measured training solutions that help our staff be the best that they can be.
You will be able to manage project and identify key milestones and communicate your progress with stakeholders.
You will be working on company based solutions that are fit for all sites not just Knightsbridge so communication is key.
You will be the coach and mentor for the store. At times you will listen at times you will advise and at other times you will seek advice.
You will work alongside the local HR team to address issues proactively and confidentially.
Design learning content that can be delivered in a variety of media, including online solutions, video content and self-help guides, as well as traditional classroom based courses, programmes and seminars.

A bit about your experience:
You will have a proven track record of training, coaching and developing others
You will be great at working with others and have great stakeholder management
Ideally you will have previous management experience
Have knowledge around Apprenticeship standards and programs
Ideally will have a recognised HR or L&D qualification
Have worked using digital learning solutions including video
