As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene levels.
What you will be doing
Follow all training, procedures and policies to meet the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with Health and Safety and food regulations
Effectively manage waste, ensuring guidelines are followed as set out by the Head KP and Senior Chefs.
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
You will be required to work weekends and evenings
You are positive and proactive
