With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Junior Sous Chef to join its thriving Pastry team on the Southbank. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you. As the new Junior Sous Chef for our Pastry team, you will work 40 hours a week in our OXO Brasserie/restaurant/pastry.

About the role…

As a Junior Sous Chef for Pastry, you will be helping prepare beverage for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • Provide ideas and prepare great food not only for our customers but ensure the team members are also following those skills.
  • To support daily delegation of duties.
  • To maximise sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to head chef.
  • To support the smooth running of a section
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Make sure everything is squeaky clean in your area by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
