About the role…
As a Junior Sommelier, you will be serving amazing food for our customers and make their eating & drinking experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills
Serving amazing wine beverages to our customers and giving them an outstanding experience from the moment they sit down
Develop your knowledge of our menu, lists and products and keep up to date with the latest trends
Deliver the drink quickly and efficiently with style and pizzazz
To prioritise the customers needs who require more attention when recommending wine.
Work closely with waiters to ensure smooth operations during service
To monitor wine sales and wine list shortage and update to be able to maintain the wine list up to date.
