About the role…

As a Junior Sommelier, you will be serving amazing food for our customers and make their eating & drinking experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills
• Serving amazing wine beverages to our customers and giving them an outstanding experience from the moment they sit down
• Develop your knowledge of our menu, lists and products and keep up to date with the latest trends
• Deliver the drink quickly and efficiently with style and pizzazz
• To prioritise the customers needs who require more attention when recommending wine.
• Work closely with waiters to ensure smooth operations during service
• To monitor wine sales and wine list shortage and update to be able to maintain the wine list up to date.
