What you will be doing

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs across the kitchen
  • Prepare dishes and menu items as assigned by senior staff
  • Be solely responsible for ensuring sufficient mise en place is ready for service
  • Exercise proper control of consumable stocks and due respect for company property at all times
  • Minimise wastage in the kitchen
  • Ensure that any handover is completed prior to finishing work
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • These roles are full time, 46 hours a week. You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

  • At least 1 years Junior Chef De Partie experience
  • Good knife skills
  • Elementary food hygiene
