We are seeking an exceptional  Administrative Assistant to join our IT team. This role will be to manage the office environment, provide administrative assistance to the IT Director.


What you will be doing

  • Ensure the Director is prepared in advance of meetings, adequately allocating for travel time to external venues and providing them with all required documentation in advance
  • Email management; highlighting correspondence of specific importance and responding upon their behalf as and when required and directed
  • Arranging travel (sometimes last minute); booking employees flights/rail/cars, reserving hotel accommodation
  • Reviewing department employee’s time and attendance
  • Build strong and efficient working relationships across the group specifically with Director’s and their PA’s to ensure good interdepartmental communication


Skills and experience you need

  • You will have previous experience as a Secretary, PA
  • You will have previous experience of working in fast-paced office environment
  • You have an exceptional organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
