Harvey Nichols is developing its influencer portfolio and is recruiting for a confident self-starter to join the team. We are seeking an exceptional Influencer Marketing Executive to join the Press and Marketing Department to be part of helping to shape the future of Influencer Marketing at Harvey Nichols.

This role forms a key part of the Press and Marketing team, helping to shape the future and driving Harvey Nichols vision across all families of business through strategic influencer partnerships.

Working closely with the Press & Marketing Managers and Head of Press, Marketing & Events, this role is responsible for developing influencer partnerships, to grow our commercial offering across all areas of the business, delivering memorable and ground-breaking campaigns and PR.

This role will suit a really organised individual with experience in working with influencers and a strong interest in fashion, beauty and food and beverage, who is willing to hit the ground running.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with the Press & Marketing Managers to identify key opportunities for influencer activity across the business
  • To assist the PR & Marketing Managers to deliver the annual marketing calendar with always-on influencer activity
  • Building a good rapport with key social media influencers
  • Generating and pro-actively pitching opportunities to potential influencer partners
  • Working closely with all areas of the business (buying, marketing, online, trading etc) in developing influencer partnership opportunities
  • Creating bespoke proposals for influencer partnerships and responsible for all steps of the process: pitching, closing, implementing, and reporting
  • Working closely with the PR & Marketing Managers to identify and recruit influencer partners for product and brand promotion
  • Plan and manage budgeting for specific projects, monitoring results and ROI
  • To deliver each influencer campaign on time and within budget
  • Proactively drive social media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships
  • Liaise with influencers and hold store appointments as appropriate
  • Manage stock borrowed and returned to the store by key media, using the approved processes
  • Oversee any store influencer filming and photography
  • General press and marketing duties

A bit about your experience:

  • Experience within a commercial or target driven environment preferable either agency or in-house
  • Previous experience of working with influencers
  • Previous experience of working on commercial marketing campaigns
  • Strong mathematical competency for sales/budget analysis and management
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent administrative and presentation skills
  • Strong passion for social media
  • Luxury experience desirable
