This is a new role for the HR Team which will be responsible for the creation and delivery of HR Data/Analytics for the wider HR Team and the business with the addition of some administrative accountabilities to support the Head of HR and Group HR Director.

What you will be doing:

  • To manage all people reporting requirements inclusive of employee data, headcount reporting, diversity reporting and organisational structure charts.
  • To influence the creation of a suite of People KPIs for the business utilising existing systems.
  • To provide meaningful and timely people data to the wider HR team and senior stakeholders to inform decision making.
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data produced which will assist the HR Team in making the appropriate strategic decisions.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to present business intelligence findings and comparisons across all locations.
  • Produce high quality documentation, inclusive of presentations, spreadsheets and word documents from content provided by the Head of HR/Group HR Director.
  • To manage the ‘housekeeping’ of the HR Intranet content.
  • To support the Head of HR and Group HR Director with general administrative duties as required.

  • You will have a clear understanding of GDPR, and the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times, when handling sensitive data

A little bit about your experience: 

  • Proven HR analytics experience, the ability to analyse and manipulate large amounts of complex data, presenting and working effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with Human Resources Information System(s)/Software (HRIS) 
  • Proven experience of maintaining and developing realtime information reports and analytics
