As Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy to hotel partners on a global and local level. The primary focus will be on securing partnerships that will accelerate customer acquisition and sales across all HN stores.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Leading the strategic approach to activate partnership with both global and local hotel partners.
Coordinating the strategy across head office functions and regional stores to ensure a streamlined approach, accelerating the speed to market.
Create an approach to deliver multi layered partnerships that encompass all hotel/hospitality functions.
Build a pipeline of new partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, positioning Harvey Nichols as the Department Store partner of choice
Undertake a full review of the existing partnership portfolio, the current sales approach and prioritise those channels that will deliver the best ROI to the business.
Maximise revenue generating opportunities within the existing portfolio of partnerships.
Focus on major global hotel partners to drive high level and high visibility partnerships.
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure there is a high awareness of all activities. This will include, but not limited to, Marketing, Retails Finance, IT, F&B and Operations.
Collaborate with all Store Directors and local teams to understand their specific business needs and requirements from hotel partnerships.
Network at a senior level across hotel and hospitality segments.
Develop a consistent offer across all store for both existing and future partners.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Significant previous experience within the hotel and hospitality industry
Demonstrable track record of working with major global organisations and developing multi layered partnership programs.
Full understanding of hotel organisational structures and how to leverage all areas of thise businesses including GM’s, concierge, sales, marketing, and events.
A strong existing network of contacts at a senior level within the hotel and hospitality industry at a global and local (UK) level.
Working knowledge of the premium retail sector.
Has worked in complex organisation structure and understands how to lead and influence multiple levels of the business.
Experience of working with multiple sectors to develop commercial partnerships.
Preferably has worked for organisations with a global footprint and multiple operational locations.
