Ensure the satisfaction of all customers by ensuring that prompt, courteous and efficient service is given at all times, by all staff
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, making sure they are resolved satisfactorily, keeping the Manager on duty informed and to tactfully pass on more serious complaints to a Manager.
Ensure that a base of regular customers is rapidly recognised and maintained by personal contact and recognition.
Effective use and communication of Training Briefs to ensure understanding of procedures
Establish good working relationships with all colleagues and encourage the team to do the same.
Oversee the smooth running of the daily Restaurant service ensuring staff are fully prepared, the shift is well planned and smoothly executed and that all areas are properly closed down at the end of the day
Skills and experience you need
•At least 1.5 years’ experience as a head waiter in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
•Enjoy and know our food and wine
•Strong organisational skills
•Excellent command of spoken and written English
•You will have a sales driven attitude
•You are positive and proactive
•You love working in a team
•You are stylish, fun and welcoming
