Our stylish 5th floor Champagne Bar is currently looking for a Head Bartender to join the team to act as a role model and supervisor to Bartenders in providing outstanding service to all customers within Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Bar.

As a Head Bartender you will drive and maximise sales, work along the Bar Managers to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, you will also be risponsable to prepare the team's rota and ensure the correct staffing levels, supervising taht all drinks are produced to the highest standards, you will demontrate a "can do" atttude as well as excellent customer service, personal presentation, and knowledge of local environment and HN, resolving customer complaints in the most efficient manner and take ownership of the stock admin and team trainings.
