As the new Head Bartender, you will work 40 hours a week in our OXO Bar / Restaurant.

About the role…

As a Head Bartender, you will be helping prepare beverage for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

• Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills
• Create, prepare and serve our amazing cocktails and drinks
• To maximise sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to customers.
• Prepare drinks quickly and efficiently with style and pizzazz
• To oversee the smooth running of the bar
