To assist and support the customer loyalty team with the day-to-day delivery of the Harvey Nichols customer loyalty programme across stores, UK and international. This role will play an integral part in the continuation of the current proposition, and the transition to assisting the management of campaigns on a global scale.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of the Rewards offering including resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
  • Assist with all the technical and operational processes to generate a superior customer experience.
  • Assist in the planning and execution phases for all international and domestic campaigns.
  • Coordinate and update CRM campaign and promotion marketing calendars.
  • Brief the creative teams to create all marketing assets (in line with brand guidelines) for the loyalty program and CRM campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Global Loyalty Executive and wider CRM team to ensure we deliver a compelling strategy to increase customer engagement.
  • To support the implementation and management of the loyalty programme promotional engine processes with the Global Loyalty Executive.
  • To manage the set-up and support the mobile push strategy.
  • To support the CRM strategy, driving customers to increase trade at key times of year and help execute CRM specific promotions. 
  • Manage the operational tasks for VIP customers.
  • To analyse and interpret data and key trends to improve the Rewards by Harvey Nichols program.
  • To provide weekly and monthly reports on programme and campaign performance.
  • To monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Build relationships with multiple teams to ensure the loyalty programme is optimised for an exception customer experience. 

About your experience: 

  • Proven experience working within digital, CRM/ Loyalty marketing, either client side or agency.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desired
  • Retail & fashion experience desired but not essential
