About the role… 

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that Food and Wine products on the site are described in an accurate, eloquent, and reliable manner, in clear and concise English that is consistent with the Harvey Nichols house style. Industry expertise, attention to detail and building strong relationships with the buy/stock teams are all essential to this role.

  • Enter all Food and Wine product details following the Harvey Nichols brand guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and engaging copy.
  • Work to weekly deadlines in advance, being measured on both quantity and quality to ensure team targets are met.
  • Assign specific online attributes to products in our CMS
  • Work with the buying team and chase for outstanding information
  • Final daily check once product is live and amend as necessary.
  • Maintain competitor awareness to ensure our product page information is always a step ahead of our competition, and initiate ideas for improvement.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested.
