About the role… 

Topical, bursting with creativity and a love for all things fashion, food, beauty and beyond? This exciting role is at the forefront of the evolving vision of Harvey Nichols. Working with the Fashion & Creative Content Editor and the Junior Fashion & creative Content Editor, you will provide essential support for the smooth running of the Creative Team and contribute to the day-to-day workings of the wider team. 

  • Be responsible for the call in and return of samples for photoshoots across all FOBs from brand PRs and stock, alongside the Junior Fashion & Creative Content Editor.
  • Oversee all supporting photoshoot administration to include, but not limited to, packing and unpacking samples, steaming clothes, sample co-ordination, product courier bookings and carnets.
  • Assisting the stylist/editor on set to ensure samples are adequately protected during the shoot.
  • Oversee the instore product booking system and system and merchandise transfers for shoots. Ensuring you’re familiar with all regulations relating to the movement of merchandise. In addition, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of shop floor merchandise.
  • Maintain relationships with all departments and stores across the HN business, as well as external PR teams and brands.
  • Manage product credits for the Creative Content team, sharing internally across departments, and with brand partners.
  • Working closely with our buying teams to ensure visibility on key launches and deliveries for shoots.
  • Support the Fashion & Creative Content team collate seasonal trend and brand information to better inform the editorial schedule.
  • Review the production schedule to stay abreast of upcoming projects and contribute to creative meetings with visual ideas.
  • Maintaining an organised sample cupboard, workspace, and styling kit.
  • Supporting the fashion and creative content team on general admin duties, including but not limited to; research for shoots, creating keynote files, coordinating press schedules, diary management around shoots, co-ordinating run throughs.
